The difference of ages and sizes among students in a school, even within a classroom, may be significant so if you're responsible for purchasing furniture for schools an adaptable chair and desk set is a must. The Student Desk and Chair with Black Pedestal Frame is a sturdy addition to the classroom that can fit students of all sizes. The desk has a .75 inch thick, high-pressure laminate top with a convenient pencil groove. The durable, black pedestal frame features adjustable height legs to raise it up by 3 inches. Under the desktop is a spacious, heavy-duty, book box with ample room for books, papers and supplies, as well as hooks on both sides to hang students' backpacks and jackets. The chair features a pedestal frame that provides added stability and adjustable height legs. The seat and back are constructed of sturdy plastic, and the slatted back provides air circulation for greater comfort. Anti-slip floor caps on the legs help to prevent the desk from sliding and reduce distracting noises. This student desk and chair set is ideal for classrooms from elementary through high school.
