Impossible Card Balance is a novelty effect created by Chiam Yu Sheng from Singapore.
A spectator selects a card; magician balance it on top of the deck. To prove the card is not connected to the top card, the magician takes the top cards off the deck, even by piles. Finally, the magician snaps his finger, the balanced card drops off the deck.
